The quality and durability of a parasol are largely determined by the quality of the cloth. The fade resistance of a cloth (by UV-radiation) depends on the way in which the yarn is dyed. In contrast to most polyester fabrics on the market, Solero cloths have been colored on a thread level before being woven. Think of the difference between a radish or carrot. Cut a carrot in half and you’ll see the same orange color all the way through. Our parasols are delivered with a label that guarantees a color guarantee for 4 years. choice of lighting

The Palestro is available in two refined versions. The Palestro Pro features the well-known Solero Accento click-on light – wireless, rechargeable and powerful. The Palestro LED is equipped with fully integrated rib lighting, creating a subtle and luxurious atmosphere during the evening.

free protective cover

You will receive a complementary beige protective cover with your Palestro parasol, designed to protect your parasol against dirt and weather conditions.

400x300 or 400x400 cm

The Palestro cantilever parasol is produced in two generous sizes: 400x300 cm (rectangular) and 400x400 cm (square). Is this size just a little too big for you? Then check out our Laterna, Fratello or Cielo parasol.

water column 300 mm

A water column indicates how much water pressure a parasol fabric can withstand before leaking. A rating of 300 mm means the fabric will only allow water through when pressure equivalent to a 30 cm column of water is applied.

UPF 50+

Solero parasol fabrics offer excellent protection against harmful UV radiation. All fabrics block up to 100% of harmful UV rays, indicated by a UPF 50+ rating.

without valance

The Palestro is delivered without a valance, creating a clean and modern look. If you are looking for a cantilever parasol with valance, we can offer removable valances with zippers for our Prostor parasols.

The wind-vented roof allows air to circulate freely, reducing wind pressure and increasing the overall stability of the parasol.

aluminium or alu-wood frame

The Palestro frame is made from high-quality aluminium: lightweight, strong and corrosion resistant. It is also available in an exclusive alu-wood finish, combining the warm look of wood with the durability of aluminium.

closing towards the mast

In addition to folding down, the parasol also moves sideways towards the mast. This ensures the closed parasol rests neatly alongside the mast and takes up minimal space.

rotating device 360°

The Palestro parasol is equipped with a solid aluminium rotating system with foot pedal, allowing you to rotate the canopy 360° with ease.

eight ribs

The ribs of a parasol are the ‘spokes’ that support the fabric. Square and rectangular models use both long and short ribs to ensure optimal tension and stability.

adjustable rib ends

The ribs are fitted with adjustable rib ends, ensuring the fabric remains tightly stretched for a clean and premium appearance.
