The quality and durability of a parasol are largely determined by the quality of the cloth. The fade resistance of a cloth (by UV-radiation) depends on the way in which the yarn is dyed. water column 300mm

A water column indicates how much water pressure a parasol cloth can handle without leaking. A 300 mm water column indicates that the fabric will start letting water through once a pressure of more than a 30 cm column of water is applied.

UPF 50+

Solero parasol fabrics provide excellent protection against harmful UV radiation. All our fabrics filter 100% of harmful UV rays, indicated by a UPF 50+ rating.
